You can delete your ThelaTrack account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open ThelaTrack and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately.
Delete by email
Email shanajmal095@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject line Account deletion request. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and password).
- Your profile (name, email, role and preferences).
- Your cart.
- Your order history, including any delivery addresses you entered.
- The thelas you follow.
- If you use a vendor account: your thela and all of its menu items and prices.
What is retained
We do not keep personal data tied to your account after deletion, except where a short retention period is required by law. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained. Account deletion cannot be undone.
