These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ThelaTrack mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using ThelaTrack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
ThelaTrack helps you discover mobile street vendors (thelas), see their menus and prices, and place orders for pickup or delivery. Vendors can list their items and set their own prices. We do not guarantee that a vendor is out, open, nearby, or has an item available.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time via the app or our Account Deletion page.
3. Orders and Payment
- Prices are set by vendors and may change. The total shown at checkout — including any delivery fee (currently Rs 50 for delivery; pickup has no fee) — is the amount you agree to pay.
- Payment is made in cash directly to the vendor when you pick up or receive your order. ThelaTrack does not process payments or hold funds.
- The vendor, not ThelaTrack, sells the items and is responsible for their quality, safety and preparation, and for fulfilling the order. The app records that your order was placed; confirm pickup or delivery timing with the vendor.
- Cancellations, refunds and disputes about an order are between you and the vendor.
- Only place orders you intend to collect or receive and pay for.
4. Vendor Accounts and Menus
If you use a vendor account, you are responsible for keeping your thela's name, menu items, prices and availability accurate, and for selling only safe, lawful goods. We may remove listings that are misleading or that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not place fake or abusive orders, spam follows or alerts, or impersonate other vendors.
- Do not list misleading items or prices, or items that are illegal to sell.
- Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, or illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt Firebase infrastructure or other users' devices.
6. Disclaimers
ThelaTrack is provided "as is." We are not a party to transactions between you and vendors and are not responsible for goods sold by vendors. Proximity alerts are best-effort and may be delayed or unavailable.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
